Structural alterations, staircase installation, plastering, tiling, and all other work carried by Harley Construction whilst we were out ofthe country was to our total satisfaction. It was a shame that the Decorators let the side down and caused delays.

Hartley Construction carried out a range of external and internal work for us in late 2012. These included replacing a flat roof, other roofing and brickwork repairs, replacement of a bathroom and new ceilings. The · work was very competitively priced and carried out to a high standard. All the workmen were punctual and polite and the site was left tidy at the end of each day. Any changes to the brief were sorted out without any problems. We will definitely be using the firm again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Hartley Construction has carried out a variety of work for me over the years including building a patio, loft conversion, roof work, garden wall rebuilding and drive widening.

I am very pleased with all the works (which is why I keep returning).
Prices are very competitive and all the tradesmen who came have been skilled, punctual, friendly and polite and have left a clean site.
Mr Hartley himself supervises all work and he is happy to discuss options and put forward suggestions ofwhat might look good, what is available and what is possible within budget.

He obviously takes great pride in his work and is a deserving member of the Federation of Master Builders. As with all building projects, there have been minor niggles but these have been put right quickly .
